A True Saint | Tibet | The Potala Palace

In 300 years, if you were to be named the patron saint of X, what would you like X to be? Places, activities, objects — all are fair game.

I would become the Patron Saint of Tibet. A relic of mine would be placed in a Tibetan Sacred Site. This site would be the Potala Palace in Lhasa. The Potala Palace (Tibetan: Po-trang Po-ta-la; Chinese:Bùdála Gong) in Lhasa was the primary residence of the Dalai Lama until 1959, when the 14th Dalai Lama fled to Dharamsala after a failed uprising.

I would protect this site for the Tibetan people, free of Chinese or other occupations.
